Our take on this traditional Thai dish captures the deep flavors of spicy yellow curry with a heat that builds. We combine long grain rice with chicken, cashews, and red and green bell peppers, then we mix it up with our homemade curry sauce made with traditional Thai ingredients.
- EASY TO PREPARE -Open bag, remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before preparation. Expand bottom of bag. Add 2 1⁄4 cups boiling water, stir thoroughly, seal and let sit for 10 minutes. Stir before eating.
