Out of Stock Items
If your packing slip shows a "0" quantity listed next to any item, it indicates an “out of stock item”. You will not be charged for “out of stock” items; they will be removed from your order and a backorder will NOT be created. To receive any of the items removed from your order, you will need to place a separate order. To check on the status of a previously “out of stock” item, please contact our Customer Service Team.
