Open bag, remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before preparation. Expand bottom of bag. Add 2 ½ cups boiling water, stir thoroughly, seal and let sit for 10 minutes. Stir before eating.

Great flavor!  It was a bit HOT for my tastes, but my hiking partner that is dairy free was ecstatic to share this with me.  

If you like spicy & hot - this is a great meal!  I loved the vegetables!

This was a great entrée!  Very flavorful, and filling for me.  Great packaging - no wasted space, and you don't have to get messing digging in an unnaturally deep bag.  I'm ordering more of all the flavors for this year!
